My Real Name Hijacked on Plaxo

I think my real name has been hijacked on Plaxo. I joined Plaxo a few moments ago. I wasn't sure if I had ever been a member, so I first tried the "forgot my password" routine. I entered my email address, the email address I've had forever and the one and only address I use for registration anywhere and everywhere, and Plaxo responded that there was no account related to my email address. I continued by creating a new profile et cetera. Then I started adding connections, and after adding a few friends, I came to see a profile for Babak Morshedizadeh, my legal name, which was also associated with many of my friends. I've tried all my email accounts (work related). They are all forwarded to my bmorsh@gmail.com account. I tried to connect to myself (to my "legal" name), and it said it is waiting for my confirmation. The question is, who is getting that email now, and who has gone around pretended to be me and has connected with many of the people I know.

I guess I need to send an inquiery to Plaxo. This would be an interesting one (from many angles, specially the legal angle). Do I "own" my legal name? Is this considered identity theft, given the fact that many of my friends probably thought this Babak Morshedizadeh was in fact me?

Learning Python

It seems I need to master Python. I've spent a few days looking at it, and I can see many applications for the language, ranging from simple scripting batch jobs to Google App Engine front end web services to extensions for adding end user customization to various application programs to using Python as a base for building a more sophisticated model driven development framework where cloud computing, virtualization, and grid come together.

I think it would be a useful experience for me to document my way through Python's bowels. If you are an old fart like me, you may end up appreciating this thread. I will label these all under "Learning Python."

Setting up a single virtualized Windows machine on EC2 may be a trivial process, but setting it up as a real DC and connecting multiple virtualized machines to it is another story. This HOWTO provides the basis for setting up a proper DC on EC2.
